British singer-songwriter Adele is ready to take her creativity to the next level— as an author. By penning all of her songs she’s already proven she can write about topics that the masses want to hear about: love gained, loved lost, and all the drama in between. The multiple-award-winner is just waiting for the perfect time to sit down and write her debut novel, according to the British paper The Sun.
“I’d like to write a book,” the quoted her as saying. “I mean, I’m not very great at stuff like that but I’d like to learn and try to write a book.
“Fiction.
“I don’t know what about yet.”
It’s only natural that the mum-of-one gravitate towards topics she’s famous for, but how much fun would it be if she wrote a juicy science fiction thriller? Maybe she’ll be inspired by Stephen King and write about horror?
Although she admits that her 3-year-old son Angelo keeps her quite busy, she finds time to get her writing done while he’s at school.
“My kid is starting school, hence why I’m so busy trying to get all my shows out of the way. I think I’ll have to quit my career in music and become a music teacher at my child’s school . . . not really!
“I do like to disappear but I get a bit bored after a while.”
