James Corden showed off his killer dance moves against Cuba Gooding Jr. on Monday’s episode of The Late Late Show on CBS.
It all started when Corden asked guests Jon Bernthal, Don Cheadle and Gooding Jr. how they learned to dance. After a short explanation, Bernthal was asked to demonstrate his dance skills.
Corden was then challenged to take the stage, that’s when he decided to take on the People v. OJ Simpson star. The two stood side by side, Gooding started things off with some sweet street moves, but Corden sealed the deal when he busted out the worm. Gooding stared off in shock and bowed down, admitting defeat.
“He wormed on you,” Cheadle said to Gooding Jr. “He wormed on you, son!”
Corden will host an hour-long Carpool Karaoke special on CBS Tuesday night. The prime-time special will feature an all new Carpool Karaoke with Jennifer Lopez as well as highlights from past segments.
“I have loved every minute of hosting ‘The Late Late Show.’ It’s been an incredible year,” Corden said in a statement. “I look forward to this hour on prime time to look at some of my favorite moments and share a couple of great new ones. I can’t wait!”
The Late Late Show with James Corden airs weeknights on CBS.
