Freddie Prinze Jr. is learning to walk again.
Contrary to certain reports, the actor is clarifying that he indeed “can walk fine” following a spine surgery he underwent on November 20th and from which he spent his Thanksgiving holiday recovering.
The 38-year-old has kept fans updated of his progress via Twitter, starting with this image of himself “before” the procedure.
Soon after he posted an “after” image with a neck brace, which he nicknamed “Robo-Neck.”
Prinze, who is married to Sarah Michelle Gellar, underwent a surgery where doctors made an incision on his neck. The actor has been mum as to why he had to undergo the surgery in the first place but insists he is “doing just fine” on his social media accounts.
He recently showed off his stitches.
He then sent another tweet indicating he is “learning to walk again.”
He also informed the Twitterverse that his recovery time would be a couple of weeks.
Reassuring his fans that he can indeed walk, he cautioned them not to believe everything they read on entertainment news sites. Prinze Jr. also gave a clue that “disc issues” may have led to the surgery, before signing off with a “Talk lata peeps.”
