After 10 months of marriage, Jeremy Renner’s wife Sonni Pacheco has filed for divorce.
His wife, a Canadian model, has decided to part ways with “The Avengers: Age of Ultron” actor citing irreconcilable differences in the court documents that were filed early December and obtained by TMZ.
Pacheco also demanded that Renner pay for her moving expenses, rent and wants him to return her birth certificate, social security card and passport. She is also seeking spousal support and physical custody of their only daughter together, Ava Berlin, who was born in March 2013.
Three months ago Renner confirmed his marriage to the mother of his daughter in an interview with Capitol Fire. One to keep his personal life private stated, “I have tried to protect my family’s privacy, my wife’s privacy. I don’t need her to get hammered with my life.”
The divorce documents also show that Pacheco stated that they have a prenup but that it should be voided due to the fact that their marriage was based on “fraud.”
There are no further details or specifics as to how the actor was fraudulent.
