Three strikes and you’re out!
Looks like things between James Caan and his wife, Linda Caan, are not going so well being that the actor has again filed for divorce, making this the third time the couple has decided to separate.
James and Linda have had a long history of parting ways in the past 19 years. They first got married in 1995 only to file for divorce in 2005 and again in 2009, only to have the cases be dismissed.
Now according to TMZ reports, the 74-year-old actor is asking for joint custody of their 16-year-old son Jacob, they also have another son who is 19-years-old, James, and reportedly there is no prenup between the pair.
This isn’t the first or second or even third time the “Godfather” star has been through a divorce.
He has previously been married three times, his first marriage was with Dee Jay Mattis which lasted from 1960 to 1966, his second was to Sheila Marie Ryan from 1976 to 1977 and his third lasted from 1990 to 1995 to Ingrid Hajek.
Divorces are slowly starting to unravel early this year being that last week news broke out that Patrick Dempsey and Jillian Fink were separating after 6 years of marriage and that things were also ending between Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams.
