Things are getting more intense as Queen of the South moves ahead in season one. Things thus far have been explosive and action-packed. There’s also has been a lot of sadness and loss. Much of which the characters have not been allowed to process as they worry about being killed themselves.
In this exclusive photo, we see Brenda (Justina Machado) having a much-needed heart-to-heart with her son Tony (Adolfo Alvarez) about his father’s murder. Lest we forget the pair were at home when it all went down. So much trauma, so little time to mourn.
Here’s the official description for episode 106 entitled, “El Engaño como la Regla”:
“Camila (Verónica Falcón), in dire need of product because of Epifanio’s (Joaquim de Almeida) betrayal, sends Teresa (Alice Braga) and James (Peter Gadiot) on a critical drug run that ends up in disaster. Riddled with debt and short on supply, Camila grows desperate and considers giving Teresa up. Meanwhile, Brenda’s burgeoning drug enterprise creates a rift between her and Tony.”
