Gary Oldman’s fourth wife, Alexandra Edenborough, 36, is calling it quits after six years of marriage.

The songwriter is filing for divorce citing irreconcilable differences as her main reason for separating from Oldman, 56, reports E! News.

In legal documents obtained from the site, Edenborough is also asking for spousal support and for Oldman to pay her attorney’s fees and asks the court to not award him spousal support.

The “Dark Knight” actor and Edenborough wed in 2008 on New Year’s Eve and have no children together.

Oldman’s first marriage was with Leslie Manville from 1987-1989 and the couple share one son Alfie, 26. He then married actress Uma Thurman in 1990 and divorced after two years of marriage.

His third affair was to Donya Fiorentino, in 1997, which lasted until 2001. The couple has two children together, Gulliver, 17, and Charlie, 15, of whom Oldman was granted sole custody of.

Last February the actor commented about his handful of failed marriages telling London’s Independent, “I’m not proud to say that though…So I’ve probably learned something from the first three. Practice makes perfect. Isn’t that what they say? I’m not proud that this is my fourth marriage. But this is a good one. Hopefully, my last one.”

He also commented on his hardships about being a single father and the joy that his sons have brought to him,

“Being a single dad has been the most challenging thing I’ve ever done; the hardest thing I have ever done. And so I look at those boys and how really great they are, and they are my greatest accomplishment. That gives me a sense of, you know, I’ve got something right.”

No word from Oldman has been made on the matter at this time.
