Comedian Katt Williams is being sued by a woman who claims she was physically assaulted at his home. In the lawsuit, filed Thursday in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Jamila Majesty claims she went to Williams’ home and was “imprisoned” and “tortured” in his bathroom.

Majesty claims Williams became angry when she used his personal bathroom and that’s when a group of women that were at his home began to assault her.

The suit claims, Williams burned Majesty in the face with a lit cigarette and  “slapped [the] Plaintiff several times and punched her in the ribs in addition to beating her with the group of women.”

“As a result of the beating she suffered broken ribs, split tendons, scarring to her face, and other extreme physical and emotional damage,” according to court documents.

In the lawsuit, Majesty recalls seeing a book on Williams’ bed, which she describes as “a wiccan book, something evil, with teachings on sorcery and spells?”

Williams is being sued for intentional infliction of emotional distress, battery, assault, false imprisonment and negligence, with unspecified damages.
