LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS --

Seth Meyers spoofed the Oscar winning film Mad Max: Fury Road during a special presentation Monday night. The Late Night host played Reasonable Max, a war boy who lives in a desert wasteland and tries to stop people from wasting fuel and polluting the environment.

“I don’t want to put a dampener on our trip to Gas Town, but do we all have to go?” he asks his comrades. “It feels a little silly and irresponsible that whenever we go to get gas we drive a fleet of muscle cars that literally shoot out fire.”

Meyers also recommends the use of a wind-board, an alternative eco-friendly transportation method than the bulky War Rigs. The comedian also gives a speech on the importance of recycling.

Mad Max: Fury Road took home six Oscars Sunday night. The film was directed by George Miller and starred Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron. Hardy is expected to star in three more Mad Max films, including Mad Max: The Wasteland.
