The premiere of the second season of Blunt Talk is only a few months away, so Starz has decided to begin teasing what you can expect. Sir Patrick Stewart is back as Walter Blunt, a British newscaster who moves to Los Angeles to host a talk show.
In this teaser trailer, you’ll see Blunt get his butt spanked by his boss Bob Gardner (played by Romano Malco) before finding out a porn parody has been made about Blunt Talk called Blunt…watch the trailer to find out.
“The actor who portrays you is very hung,” said Rosalie Winter (Jacki Weaver) to Blunt. To which he replied, “Really?”
Also happening in season two not touched upon in the trailer is the return of Blunt’s long lost love Cornelia, played by In Plain Sight alum Lesley Ann Warren. Cornelia is in town to investigate a conspiracy involving on of Los Angeles’ most crucial environmental threats.
You’ll also see a lot more of segment producers Shelly (Mary Holland) and Martin (Karan Soni) during their sophomore season. The actors were upgraded to series regulars.
The Jonathan Ames comedy returns with 10 new episodes in October.
