Ya se dieron a conocer los nominados a los premios BAFTA Awards, que es la versión británica de los Oscar por así decirlo.

La película más exitosa fue “Grand Budapest Hotel” de Wes Anderson, consiguiendo 11 nominaciones incluyendo Mejor Película y Mejor Director, entre otras categorías.

Otras cintas que obtuvieron varias nominaciones fueron “Birdman” y “The Theory of Everything” en 10 categorías distintas.

El director mexicano Alejandro González Iñarritu fue nominado a Mejor Director y otras películas que también destacaron fueron fueron “Selma”,  “The Imitation Game” y “Boyhood”.

Los BAFTA Awards serán presentados por el comediante Stephen Fry y se transmitirán el 8 de febrero.
