Oscar-winners Sean Penn and Charlize Theron are secretly planning to tie the knot, according to US Weekly.
The pair reportedly got engaged on a trip to Paris in November.
Theron, 39, and Penn, 54, have been dating since December 2013 and sources confirm that the couple has “decided to take the relationship to the next level.”
“There’s no ring, but they are committed,” the magazine claims.

This would become the third marriage for Penn since he was previously married to Madonna (1985 to 1989) and “House of Cards” actress Robin Wright (1996 to 2010).
As for Theron, mother of a two year-old, this would be her first time tying the knot and although she has confessed in previous interviews that she has never “wanted a big wedding” or has “never had the dream of the white dress” that doesn’t mean she is afraid of a long-term relationship.
“I want the long-term relationship,” she told Vogue in June.
The high-profile couple has been spotted at several events this past year, including the world premiere of her latest movie “A Million Ways to Die in the West.”
Theron can next be seen in “Mad Max: Fury Road” while Penn stars opposite Javier Bardem and Idris Elba in the upcoming thriller “The Gunman.”
I thought she was smart. I thought wrong.
