Hurricane Patricia is making it’s way to Mexico and it is already the strongest hurricane ever recorded, with winds estimated to reach more than 200 miles per hour. According to the National Hurricane Center, it is “heading for potentially catastrophic landfall in southwestern Mexico later [Friday].”
Latino celebrities are using social media to send their prayers and well wishes to all, encouraging them to stay strong and take necessary precautions.
“Friends: Do not skimp on care and prevention for Hurricane Patricia. Be strong,” actor Gael García Bernal tweeted.
“Pray for Mexico and all the surrounding areas where the hurricane will hit,” new Spectre Bond girl, Stephanie Sigman, shared.
“My prayers are with those affected by Hurricane Patricia,” stated Scream Queen actor Diego Boneta.
“Sending prayers to all my friends and people in Puerto Vallarta and Mexico. May God protect you,” wrote Mario Lopez.
“This message is for my dear friends in Mexico. My family, my team and I will pray that everyone will be safe. Take care and we are here for you all,” Hot & Bothered actor Jencarlos Canela shared.
