Jennifer Aniston broke down in tears during Sunday night’s NBC tribute show honoring television director James Burrows. The actress reunited with her “Friends” co-stars David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow and Matt LeBlanc.

Matthew Perry was unable to attend, but the rest of the cast participated in a question and answer segment.

“We would do anything for Burrows. He gave us the best 10 best years of our acting career. He’s our papa,” confessed the 47 year-old star.

The cast also admitted that for the first year they watched the show together. “In the beginning it was not a hard thing, we really just wanted to hang out with each other,” Aniston added.

“Did you all sign contracts saying that you wouldn’t sleep with each other?,” asked host Andy Cohen. Kudrow admitted that no such contract ever existed.

The two hour documentary also brought together the casts of other sitcoms penned by Burrows, including Cheers (Ted Danson, Shelley Long, Bebe Neuwirth, Rhea Perlman, John Ratzenberger and George Wendt), Frasier (Peri Gilpin, Jane Leeves and David Hyde Pierce), Will & Grace (Sean Hayes, Eric McCormack, Debra Messing and Megan Mullally), Taxi (Tony Danza, Danny DeVito, Marilu Henner, Judd Hirsch, Carol Kane and Christopher Lloyd) and The Big Bang Theory (Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg and Jim Parsons).
