The Weeknd will no longer be joining Rihanna’s Anti tour. The “Can’t Feel My Face” singer was set to join RiRi’s European leg tour, which kicks off overseas in Amsterdam on June 17.
“Due to some unforeseen changes with upcoming projects, The Weeknd will no longer be joining Rihanna on her upcoming international Anti World Tour,” read a statement from Live Nation sent out Wednesday morning.
Rihanna was set to begin her world tour on Feb. 26 in San Diego, but due to unforeseen production delays had to reschedule that show, along with seven other stops, including San Jose, California; Phoenix; Austin, Texas; Houston; Dallas; New Orleans. The first show is now scheduled for March 12 in Jacksonville, Florida.
