Cameron Crowe's 'Roadies' Gets a New
Showtime

Showtime has debuted a new trailer for its highly-anticipated comedy Roadies, the first original series from creator, executive producer, writer and director Cameron Crowe. Luke Wilson stars alongside Carla Gugino, in the one-hour music series that will premiere on Sunday, June 26.

The series follows a committed group of roadies who live for music and the family they’ve formed over the years. The show chronicles the rock world through the eyes of music’s unsung heroes and pays homage to the backstage workers who put the show on the road while touring for the successful arena-level group, The Staton-House Band.

The cast also includes Imogen Poots, Rafe Spall, Keisha Castle-Hughes, Peter Cambor, Colson Baker a.k.a. Machine Gun Kelly and Ron White. Series guest stars include Luis Guzmán, Jacqueline Byers, Finesse Mitchell, Branscombe Richmond and Tanc Sade.

Winnie Holzman serves as writer and executive producer, along with  J.J. Abrams, Bryan Burk and Len Goldstein. Kathy Lingg is co-executive producer.
