Dwayne Johnson is giving fans their first look at his character Dr. Bravestone from the new Jumanji sequel. He shared a photo via his official Instagram account of Dr. Bravestone and you can’t help but notice that his outfit was inspired by an iconic movie character. That’s right, his costume was modeled after Indiana Jones.
The photo arrives on the heels of the announcement that Guardians of the Galaxy star Karen Gillan who is set to play Martha. The Rock included her name alongside the already cast Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Nick Jonas.

Johnson took Twitter to discuss the resemblance between Dr. Bravestone and Spielberg’s Indiana Jones. It’s definitely not a coincidence but more of a tribute.
The Jake Kasdan directed Jumanji is set to open in theaters on July 28, 2017.
