Nicholas Hoult is in search of the next big British pop band in the new Kill Your Friends trailer. The only problem is his thirst for power leads him down a treacherous and deadly path.
Hoult plays an ambitious A&R man named Steven Stelfox, who is slashing and burning his way through the music business, a world where careers are made and broken by chance. Fueled by greed and ambition, Stelfox searches for his next hit record and takes matters into his own hands in a desperate attempt to salvage his career.
Directed by Owen Harris, the film also stars James Corden, Georgia King, Ed Skrein and Rosanna Arquette.
Kill Your Friends premiered last year at the Toronto Film Festival and is based on John Niven’s 2008 book by the same name. Gregor Cameron, Will Clarke and Len Blavatnik produced the film.
Kill Your Friends hits theaters April 1st.
