On Monday, actor Johnny Depp and wife Amber Heard appeared in an Australian court, where the actress was sentenced to a one-month good behavior bond after she pleaded guilty to providing false immigration documents for her two dogs, when she entered the country back in 2015.
Heard was originally charged with the illegal importation of two Yorkshire terriers and could have faced a maximum of 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $75,000. Instead, both Depp and Heard were required to record a video apologizing and informing the public of all of their belongings.
The Australian Government Department of Agriculture and Water Resources then released the video on YouTube.
“Australia is a wonderful island with a treasure trove of unique plants, animals and people,” says Heard in the video posted on Sunday.

“It has to be protected,” adds Depp in the clip. “When you disrespect Australian law, they will tell you firmly.”
“I’m truly sorry Pistol and Boo were not declared,” Heard finishes. “Protecting Australia is important.”
