The elections are currently a bigger topic than who Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has beef with on the set of Fast 8. So Triumph the Dog (voiced by Robert Smigel) was hired to take on both the democrats and republicans for a new Hulu special called, Triumph’s Election Special 2016 in collaboration with Funny or Die. No one is safe!

Here is a description of the one-hour special as described by Hulu:

Triumph the Insult Comic Dog hits the 2016 presidential campaign trail.  Viewers will be taken from Iowa to New Hampshire to South Carolina in a tenacious news-gathering journey in the heat of the primary election season. Triumph has already visited a Democratic Debate, a Tea Party Convention, and followed a string of Ted Cruz bus appearances.

In addition to crashing campaign events and mocking the press for their thirst for controversy, Triumph will take on hard-hitting issues of concern to voters on each side of the spectrum.

The special is currently nominated for a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special.Triumph’s Election Special 2016 is executive produced by Robert Smigel, Conan O’Brien, Charlie Siskel, and Funny Or Die’s Mike Farah and Anna Wenger.

You can watch the hilarious special when it streams on August 11.
